Healing isn't only about managing symptoms. It's about understanding the wounds, experiences, and beliefs that may be shaping how you think, feel, and relate today.As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I use a trauma-informed approach to help clients process emotional wounds, recognize unhealthy patterns, challenge limiting beliefs, and develop healthier ways of thinking, relating, and responding.My approach integrates evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Informed Care, with practical strategies for everyday life. I also incorporate a Christian and biblical perspective, creating space to address emotional, relational, and spiritual healing.
When the Wounds Became the Why
My passion for healing and restoration isn't only professional—it's personal.I grew up as the child of a parent with severe mental illness, and for years I struggled to understand my own emotional and spiritual experiences. My journey included deep confusion, emotional wounds, unhealthy coping, and a struggle with alcohol.Through healing, recovery, faith, and learning to understand myself more fully, God began restoring the places in me that had been wounded and confused. I also came to understand experiences I interpret through my Christian faith as part of my spiritual and prophetic gifting.Project 61 was born from that journey—a deep knowing that broken places can be restored, identity can be reclaimed, and freedom is possible.
